Abstract
Humans need social relationships to live their lives. Humans are indebted to the special blessings of their Creator, the universe, for their existence, upbringing, education, health, and in all aspects of life, step by step until death. They also need social interaction with each other. The social institution that humans, as social members, need immediately after their existence is called the "family." Muslim society can consist of not only Muslims but also non-Muslims. Therefore, in Semitic religions, the basic unit of family life is the parents. In Jewish teachings, the greatness of parents is recognized and children are given the authority to follow their parents regarding their rights. In Jewish teachings, the husband is the guardian of the wife. Therefore, it is necessary for the wife to assert her husband's rights. In Jewish society, the wife shares the responsibilities of the family with the husband in power. "The wife is her husband's helper." In Jewish religion, if the husband makes a decision that the wife does not like, the wife has the right to respectfully express her opinion, but she will still cooperate with him.The explanation that Christianity gave of social rights and duties is arbitrary and distorted wherever it wanted. But still, the concept of authority related to some social rights and duties is found in Christianity, which seems to have a divine color.Islam is pure and its moderate system of marriage is a witness to its justice and that is the method of "Nikah" which Allah introduced for all human beings to satisfy their sexual life with the same sex and it was also commanded in the Quran. In the religion of Islam, a man is given the option of only four marriages.
