Preventive measures in the light of Seerah: Divorce Cases and Court System in Tehsil Taxila

Abstract

Courts are the symbol of Justice. As Islam has given importance to Justice. It is the spirit of civilized society. The first human relation described by the Holy Quran is the relation of spouse that is based on Nikkah. The relation is sacred ones and depends upon the rights and obligation, on the bases of it strong family system builds. Justice, respect, patience, trust, forgiveness ethical and moral values are some of the characteristic that help to manage the sacred relation. In this article the major technical issues are discussed that become cause of delaying in provision of Justice in divorce in Tehsil Taxila and suitable recommendation will also be given according to Seerah.
